Jason Cauvain

Project Director / Development Manager.

Jason has over 25 years’ experience in Development & Project Management, including Strategic Master Planning, design-build, construction management, cost estimating, programming, feasibility assessments and pre-purchase due diligence.

He has a thorough understanding of key design disciplines allowing him to test and interrogate design solutions, provide lateral design alternatives and to work creatively with the client, design and construction teams alike.

Jason’s ability to visualize the project from conception through to completion enables him to identify key project milestones for the client, design team and construction team. His knowledge of the construction of new and existing buildings allows him to quickly identify high-level project budgets as well as prepare detailed trade by trade cost estimates. Jason has a vast knowledge base of Residential, Healthcare, Hotels, Seismic Strengthening and associated Building Upgrades.
